1. Free Delivery Australia Wide 

We’re happy to offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over $50 within Australia!

  • Orders under $50: $10 shipping fee applies.
  • Express Post available for faster delivery (see details below).
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we strive to keep costs as low as possible.

2. Order Processing & Tracking 

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

3. Delivery Times & Costs 

Australia Standard Post

  • 3–7 business days
  • Free for orders over $50
  • $10 for orders under $50

Australia Express Post

  • 1–4 business days
  • $15 flat rate

We use trusted couriers like Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
  • During peak seasonal periods, delivery times may be longer due to high order volumes.
  • Some packages may be left in a safe place at the delivery driver’s discretion if no signature is required.

4. Shipping Liability 

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we’ll investigate with the courier to find a resolution.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the delivery has been confirmed.
  • Delays: Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by postal or courier services, as they are beyond our control.
  • Express Post Guarantee: Australia Post and other couriers have suspended Express Post guarantees, meaning delivery times may vary.

5. International Shipping 

  • All international orders are tracked.
  • Due to limited international flights, some shipments may experience longer delivery times.
  • Refunds will not be provided for international shipping delays.

6. Shipping Days & Processing 

  • We ship orders Monday to Friday during business hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
