1. Free Delivery Australia-Wide
We’re pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders over $150 within Australia.
For orders under $150, a $10 shipping fee applies.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We strive to keep international shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
2. Order Processing & Tracking
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
3. Delivery Times
Australia Regular Post: 3–7 business days | Cost: Free for orders over $150.
$10 for orders under $150.
Australia Express Post: 1–4 business days | Cost: $15.
Orders are sent via reliable and trusted couriers, such as Australia Post, to the Australian street address provided at the time of order.
In some cases, no signature is required. Parcels will be left at your address if the delivery driver deems it safe to do so.
Important Notes:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, or global shipping disruptions.
During high-demand seasonal periods, shipping times may be extended due to increased order volumes.
4. Shipping Liability
A. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
B. If your item is lost in transit and you have not received it, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue to find a resolution.
C. No refunds will be provided for delays caused by postal or courier services, as these are beyond our control.
D. Australia Post and other courier services have currently suspended Express Post guarantees.
5. Shipping for International Orders
International Tracked Orders:Due to limited flights, significant delays may occur. We advise allowing extra time when ordering internationally.
Refunds will not be provided for delays in international shipping.
6. Shipping Days
We ship orders Monday through Friday during business hours only.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
