Crown Kids Return & Refund Policy
At Crown Kids, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve made our return & refund process easy and hassle-free! 💖
General Returns
- Store Credit Only: Returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or unsuitable fit are eligible for store credit—unless the item is faulty, flawed, or incorrect.
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your order. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 2 days of acceptance.

Unworn & unwashed
In original packaging with all tags attached
Free from stains, scents, pet hair, or alterations - Return Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will also not be refunded.
✨ Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a discount code for store credit equal to your item’s value!
Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
We know how frustrating a lost package can be! If your order doesn’t arrive as expected:
- We will investigate with the postal service and ask for your help in doing the same.
- If tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local post office and neighbours first, then contact us.
Faulty, Flawed, or Incorrect Items
We take quality very seriously, but if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, here’s what to do:
1️⃣ Contact help@crownkids.com.au within 1 day of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
2️⃣ If verified, we’ll offer:
- A replacement (if available)
- A partial refund (value adjustment)
- A full refund if necessary
We’ll also cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items!
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations do not qualify for a refund.
Pre-Orders & Custom Dresses
- All pre-ordered & custom-made dresses are final sale. No cancellations, refunds, or returns are allowed unless the item is faulty.
- Since pre-orders are made-to-order, estimated shipping dates may vary due to sourcing or customs delays. These delays do not qualify for refunds.
- Slight colour variations due to fabric batches are not considered faults.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or style? No problem! Simply email support@crownkids.com.au to request an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
- Customers are responsible for return & new shipping costs.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed, as long as they haven’t been processed yet.
- If cancelled, a non-refundable processing fee (e.g., AfterPay, PayPal fees) will be deducted from your refund.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Packaging & Customer Responsibility
- Returns must be sent in original packaging and in unused condition (with tags attached).
- Customers must use a reliable courier with tracking.
- Crown Kids is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. If your return gets lost in transit, it’s your responsibility to file a claim with your courier.
Additional Notes
✨ Store Credit Expiry? Nope! Your store credit never expires—use it whenever you like!
✨ Colour Variations: Product colours may differ slightly due to lighting and screen settings. These are not considered defects.
✨ Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for returns & refunds to be processed once received.
