We send by courier to Australian street addresses. No signature is required. Parcels will be left at your address if safe to do so.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Once the parcel has been shipped, this is no longer in our control and any lost
Stolen or delayed packages will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given if an order does not arrive in time as this is completely out of our control. Australia Post and other courier companies have suspended EXPRESS POST GUARANTEES. We ship all our items very quickly and will endeavour to make sure your items arrive quickly. Please be patient and check your tracking. If you have not received your item within a week or it looks “stuck” please contact the courier company or Australia Post first and see if they can help.
