We want you to be happy with your Crownkids purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return any item(s), please read the below information carefully. You are required to email us   support@crownkids.com.au  before returning any items.

Change of mind, unsuitable fit or wrong selection for online purchased only:
We offer a store credit on all returns (unless otherwise deemed faulty/flawed or incorrect).

Items must be returned within 21 days. The 21 day restraint begins the day the order is delivered to the time stamp of return. This allows ample time with the product.

The item must remain in the original condition - Unworn, unwashed and all tags must remain attached.

The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable, except in cases where we may have made an error.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded/store credits issued as your item has still been shipped to you.

We do not accept returns on marked final sale items under circumstances.

Faulty/flawed or incorrect item/size:
Faults are rare, we are all human and mistakes happen (not often, we promise).  as our quality control is excellent but they do happen from time to time. If your order includes a faulty item, we will either replace or refund the item once the fault has been verified. within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you have received a faulty/flawed or incorrect item/size, please contact our customer care team directly on support@crownkids.com.au  Please provide your order number, full name and supporting images. It is within our discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. 

We recommend inspecting products upon delivery. 

We do not accept return on items that have basic wear and tear or have been misused. 

We will provide you a replacement (if available), drop in value or full refund. 

If your received item is deemed faulty/incorrect, return shipping costs will be reimbursed. 

Important information:
We do not accept returns under any circumstances on marked final sale items, accessories.

Please ensure our returns form is completed with each return. 

Our products are photographed and displayed as accurately as possible when purchasing online. 

Colour differences are not considered to be a fault. Monitors can display colours differently. We strive to represent all our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us before ordering.

Please read our product descriptions carefully as we may outline important information you need to know. 

We politely and respectively decline requests to alter or change our policies. 

If a parcel is returned to sender/returned to Crownkids and the customer choses to refund the order, this refund will exclude original shipping as the parcel has still been shipped to you and at a cost to Crownkids.

Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed in our system, and only if the order has not yet been processed. Non-refundable merchant payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Our warehouse team picks and packs the orders very quickly to ensure you receive your products in the shortest time.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your return safely and take note of your tracking details.
All products must be returned in new condition with original tags still attached. The items cannot be worn, scented, washed, damaged, broken, or altered in any way to obtain a refund or credit.

All additional postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to deduct non-refundable fees charged by merchants such as AfterPay, Stripe and Paypal if an order is cancelled under the 3 hour Cancellation Policy.

All returns must be received at our PO Box within 21 days of when your order was delivered to be eligible for a refund or credit (whichever is applicable)
Returns must include your name and order number so we can identify your return. Without these details we will be unable to process your return.

Pre-Order Policy &  Return:
please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However if you wish to change your item to another dress which is in stock/arriving sooner, you can do so. The item being exchanged to must be equal to the same value or greater.

 Pre-Order dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

Mainly due to fabric sourcing and shipment held by customs.

Crown Kids is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-Order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of  mind/sizing or cancellation.

Re-cuts may diffirent in colour to the orginal cut as displayed on the website. This is due to fabric sourcing where an entirely new batch of fabric has been used.Even though the colour of the fabric sourced is as close as possible to the original colour shown, we will not be held liable for any minor variations.
