How long does it take to process and despatch my order?
In stock orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days.
Express orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm AEST.

No refunds will be given if an order does not arrive in time as this is completely out of our control. Australia Post and other courier companies have suspended EXPRESS POST GUARANTEES. We ship all our items very quickly and will endeavour to make sure your items arrive quickly. Please be patient and check your tracking. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is placed during a sale, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All other orders, if they are in processing, they have already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it.
